I wanted to clarify something that @Alice❀ said because knowledge is power:
5-MEO-DMT isn't the God Particle. It's an analogue that actually gives much less visual and cognitive effects and instead gives some of the strongest physical sensations of any tryptamine class psychedelic.
DMT is the "God Particle" and when smoked induces a dream-like state where one does, yes, often run into god-like entities. See my host's personal experience here:

Ayahuasca is a mixture of DMT and an MOAI, which allows it to be taken orally (digested) instead of smoked, which dampens and extends the effects from incredibly strong for 15 minutes (smoked) to still pretty damn strong for several hours (eaten).
Interesting note: DMT is naturally occurring within the human brain and is released in very small quantities while you sleep to induce dreaming.(edited)
and trust us when we say we know what were talking about. we didnt just buy it somewhere and then take it, we actually grew the plant, harvested it, and extracted the dmt from its roots ourselves (we got really bored in college)

psychedelics have a lot to do with metaphysics depending on your stance. according to some, tryptamines especially are a great way to remove the built-up filters of your conscious mind and expose your subconscious to the things you never usually notice like the latent energies of the world that make up causality

dont do drugs kids, stay in school and eat your vegetables

but if youre going to do them anyway, make sure you actually know what youre doing so you dont hurt yourself or someone else
'd imagine a lot less of drugs and roleplay and a little more esoterics, mystic thinking, occult/astral projection type stuff, maybe some credible authors
I also looked on wicca and other stuff back in the day, but I just wasn't interested on "Do X to have luck/curse people you don't like", and pretty much most of the stuff I looked at never went past that.
I think I would only be comfortable forcing a tulpa if I was also comfortable with "dissipating", or splitting ways, or permanently merging back with her

Honestly the "idea" of my tulpa is an extension of a character I came up with for a story (but I wasn't going to force the tulpa to "be" that character)

It's not so much that I want to create her "for fun", but that she's already sort of been taking shape in my mind before I had a firm concept of "forcing a tulpa"

It makes sense to me, if you created a magical servant and they had a mind of their own, they wouldn't be happy if you didn't love them or treat them as equals
